After taking my Nissan Pathfinder to Nissan of Sacramento who tried to rip me off I call David and explained to him what my problem was and he told me to bring it the the next morning. David and Carlos both patiently listened to what my problem was and what I had already done to attempt to fix it, I told them what I thought was the problem but to check it for themselves. After a few hours David called and sure enough the problem wasn't even close to what the dealer wanted to charge me in excess of $1500 to fix. They fixed my car for well under $1500 and didn't charge me a ridicules amount for labor. They also noticed that the part store sold me the wrong belt and took care of it. Got my car back the next day running perfect!

Very honest and most of all they really know what they are doing.

“If I could give 10 stars, I would! Carlos & Eric have been nothing but an absolute pleasure to work with.

I originally brought in my 2008 Prius about a year ago for a mysterious on-again-off-again check engine light. They did a full inspection, but my light happened to be off at the time, so I went on driving it for 6 or so more months before it eventually came back on a more permanent basis. When I brought my car in many months later to have it worked on, Carlos remembered everything immediately (make, model, problem with car, etc)- I was shocked! He must've worked on hundreds of cars in the months since I'd last been in the shop.

It ended up taking an additional visit, but the mysterious light was resolved and Eric honored the price I'd initially paid, even though an additional step was needed in order to resolve the issue.

All in all, these guys are not only the nicest people ever, but they're honest, personable, and do great work. I don't even live in Sacramento, and this is the only place I'll take my car!”

“Highly recommend! My journey here began after experiencing some major incompetency with my former mechanic. Before I was even a customer, Eric spent a good 20 minutes on the phone hearing me out and seemed to know exactly what the problem was before I even brought it in. Once looking it over in person, he had been spot on. He fixed my car right up and it's been running excellently ever since.

Even though I moved out of the area, I didn't want to take my car anywhere else, so dropped it off yesterday for it's 150K service. Eric was honest about doing only what needed to be done, and quoted me much lower on one of the services needed than I had been quoted elsewhere in the past.

The cherry on top is that I got stuck at work last night and since I didn't have a spare key with me to retrieve my car after hours, Eric was kind enough to drop it off to me at work! Service doesn't get better than trustworthy, reasonable, competent, and going the extra mile. Two thumbs up!”
